Smokey Blue Eye :)

Heres another Cut Crease Smokey Eye :)

Steps

• Add Urban Decay Primer or your choice primer
  
• Take an angled brush and outline the cut crease
• Take a dark gray and add on top of black (Blend)
• Take a baby blue and add all over lid
• Last add the same baby blue e/s close to the water line
  
• add mascara,eyeliner, & false lashes
